Happy Reformation Day & Theological Libraries Month Re-Cap

Theological Libraries Month is almost over!

Today marks the last day, though not the least. Read about Reformation Day in our online Britannica reference database!

Also check out the Post-Reformation Digital Library, an online bibliography of works "relating to the development of theology and philosophy during the Reformation and Post-Reformation/Early Modern Era (late 15th-18th c.)."

Mural Contest Winner
The mural sketch submitted by Senior Theology Major, Sarah Overdorf, has been selected winner of our TLM 2011 ILLUMINATION-themed Mural Contest. Her depiction of Job 38 truly illuminated the theological concept to the panel of judges, which was comprised of Dean of Students Dr. Tim Arens, Associate Professor of Music and Director of Women's Concert Choir and Bell Ensemble Dr. Betty-Ann Lynerd, Associate Professor, Moody Theological Seminary Dr. Sajan Mathews, Circulation Supervisor Amy Fields and Public Services Librarian Amy Koehler. Also accepted as Sarah's senior internship, the mural will not only fulfill her graduation requirements but will also enrich the library experience of those who study and visit the lower level. Sarah plans to spend Spring Break painting the mural. Be sure to keep visiting our space to see this piece of art come to life!

Food for Fine$
The library collected 51 items during our Food for Fine$ campaign last week. As a result, $66.42 in fines were waived! These canned/boxed goods will be given to the Compassion Ministries of The Moody Church. Thank you so much for your participation!
